About Sarah

I grew up in the Green Mountain State and went to the University of Colorado at Boulder, where I studied studio art. Unsure what to do with a fine arts degree, in 2006 I found myself living and working in DC. In the Nation’s capital, I turned my hobby into a profession by apprenticing under a nationally renowned makeup artist for four years.

Since moving back to Vermont in 2010, my passion for perfect makeup inspired me to start my own makeup artistry business. I’ve had the opportunity to provide professional makeup services to BRAVO, VH1, MTV and other notable TV networks. No matter what the occasion, my clients will feel radiant and confident. My favorite work is at weddings. There’s something truly magical about being a part of a bride’s special day and bringing her vision to life.

I specialize in the “natural beauty” look, but I’m also not afraid to bring that GLAM look to the table. Whether it be for a bride or an editorial shoot, makeup allows us to enhance what’s already there. It’s not about changing what you look like, it’s about bringing out the best in you.

Most notable memory in my career:

January 20th 2009, I was honored to be part of the creative team providing makeup services to the family of the 44th President of the Unites States. With great joy I shook the hand of Michelle Obama, in the Blair House, while she was preparing to become the FLOTUS.
